Job description:

Responsible to coordinate and direct all aspects of client service within the business unit, driving growth, profitability and client satisfaction. Acts as the liaison between the client and business to ensure effective and timely resolution to all issues. Provides client with business management expertise, analyses issues and problem areas, provides viable solutions, and implements processes and procedures to facilitate efficient and profitable Business Management operations.


Tasks and responsibilities:

- Provide client(s) with consistently high level of service and satisfaction and act as a point of escalation for any issues from the Business Representatives or the client;

- Develop new programs and services and seek out opportunities to grow business within existing clients, identifying opportunities that best utilize Moduslink’s infrastructure to meet client requirements;

- Coordinates and monitors projects, such as new service launches, between internal departments and the client;

- Manages and monitors the flow of orders and supports order management activities;

- Oversee daily operations by monitoring KPI’s and SLA’s;

- Drive process improvement through root cause analysis and/or corrective action process and execution of preventative measures. Ensure account team is improving efficiency by analysing corrective actions and enhancing solutions;

- Works closely with all functional departments to provide one-stop solution for clients.


- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent required;

- 3-5 years’ related work experience in a fast-paced environment. High pressure customer service or sales environment, with progressive Business Management and/or Project Management experience;

- Experience in business, logistics or supply chain management preferred;

- Strong skills in Microsoft Office: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word required;

- Strong financial acumen including the ability to read and understand financial statements;

- Excellent communication and presentations skills;

- Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively;

- Ability to remain professional and focused in a high paced environment;

- Excellent knowledge of the English language.
