Our client is a global leader in supply chain logistics services.


Job description:

In your role as Account Manager you will operate as the lead point of contact for all the matters. You work dedicated for one client and are responsible for three departments, including Account Management, Shop Floor Management and Back Office Management. In total, you control about 50fte.

 

You manage customer relationships, contracts and SLA Management. Identifying areas of improvement to maximize revenues and services will be also part of the job. You deal with communication exchanges with customer and Global Account Management and interact with warehouse management and site services to ensure efficient processes and implementations. Furthermore you forecast and track key account KPI metrics and manage P&L. You report to the Business Unit Director.


Requirements:

- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field;

- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience in international account management;

- Good English communication skills and preferably Dutch language;

- Knowledge of return logistics and screening processes;

- Good knowledge of logistics engineering;

- Lead and collaborative skills;

- Excellent command of all office tools;

- Strong account management and relationship building skills;

- You are appropriate in decision and analytics, fast and accurate and a team player;

- You have strong commercial acumen, excellent in communication and independent / self-directed.
